From a young age, Ive always had a passion to delve into the depths of my inner realms and explore concepts of human behaviour. As a child, being able to experience life by feeling/seeing/hearing spirits, and growing up with pure clear ‘knowings’ without logic, allowed a greater connection to create my life from a place of innate trust and build a sturdy inner compass through a unified connection and continual nourishment between heart, body, mind and spirit. This path led me to create different foundations and share guidance that is accessible and supportive to anyone, welcoming greater awareness, expand beyond their edge of what is known, with curiosity to explore their freedom and personal flow that best shape their path and self-evolution. Enhancing quality of living.

I prioritise nourishing my foundations of ritual and self-connection through avenues of growth mixed with energetic frequency work as it is such a special access point to always expand upon and morph concepts through reclaiming our rare essence and breathing in untapped and remembered realities.

I live and breathe this work, and with wholesome awareness, I embrace the ever-changing flow and hold a sacred space for the evolving woman I am, the gifts and learnings that are uncovered, and continuing to nurture this existence of union within. New sparks are always available to support our connection intimately, through every season of self. This is why I love guiding my clients and students on their journey’s.
